Grand Master Maria Baird is one of the highest ranking senior students in our system and the first female to achieve the title of Grand Master and 7th Degree Black Belt. Grand Master Maria manages the American School of Martial Arts - Burbank as well as co-owning the Palmdale location.

Grand Master Maria Baird is also the founder of Manifesting Me, seminars for personal growth and development.

With her gentle demeanor and strong spirit, Grand Master Maria personifies what all martial artists seek - the combination of a true "Monk and Warrior" (A Healer and Defender). Master Maria is one of the most accomplished female martial artists, as well as teachers, that the school has produced.
